Hi! My name is Courtney, welcome to the behind the scenes of my life you see on social media!

You may know me as a gym girl, a Jeep girl, or an apparel lead at DICK'S Sporting Goods! So how did I get here?

Let's start with why I wanted to make a blog in the first place!

I have always had a passion for travel and writing about the details of my vacations since I was a little. I want to take my writing out of the notebooks in my room and get them out to share with the world.

Another big passion of mine is photography, I have loved being behind the camera for over ten years now.

I made an Instagram page for my Jeep in 2019 & that is where my passion for social media started! It's been able to connect me with so many amazing people, and taught me how much I enjoy content creating.

I started going to the gym in 2015-2016, but was never fully consistent and giving it my all. I was starting to make progress, but when the gyms closed in 2020 due to the pandemic, I started to fall back into old habits and started gaining weight back.

In Spring of 2021, I worked with an online fitness coach who completely changed my mindset around the gym and taking care of myself! It has been such a transformation for me mentally and physically! I began sharing my progress + workouts to help other women learn to enjoy the process of taking care of themselves and getting STRONG!!

My current focus is continuing to grow my social platforms & hopefully one day be able to do content creation for a living!

I love sharing my personal experiences and inspiring others to never stop reaching for their goals! My goal is to have the freedom to work remotely while being able to travel and bring all my passions together. Content creating, writing, working out, photography, everything!
